There are no hidden or extra fees of being part of the Justvillas portfolio and that includes Sales, Holiday Rentals and Long-term Rentals as well. At Justvillas we will only collect the agreed commission following a reservation or sale contract, generated by Justvillas. Moreover, we do not require exclusivity - we understand and completely support our homeowners in their effort to maximize their occupancy. We only ask for good communication and that our property information such as availability and price, are always up-to-date.
Selection Process
We are constantly looking to expand our refined selection of homes. All exclusive high-end homes are welcome as long as they meet our quality standards. We only accept 5% of submitted properties. In short, our properties must reflect a certain aesthetic and meet our standards of comfort. Our key principles are elegance, privacy and charm. We expect our villas to be located in prime locations, offer top-quality amenities and provide our guests with an extraordinary unforgettable stay.
