Booking a property

Once you have chosen a property for your vacation, the first thing you have to do is to inform Justvillas about your preference, by clicking on Booking Enquiry. After having checked availability, we will send you a Booking Form via email or fax. Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of the guarantee deposit and acceptance by you of the Justvillas' Renting Terms and Conditions.

Prices and Payments

You can learn about the price of your preferred residence on Justvillas' Booking Form. The price includes all services mentioned in our website, but supplementary services of your preference can always be included upon request.

The payment of the guarantee deposit, as well as full payment, can be made by credit and debit card, or bank transfer. Payment of the guarantee deposit is upon confirming the booking of the property. If the payment is not received at the point stated in the Booking Form agreed, Justvillas reserves the right to cancel the booking and levies cancellation fees.

Some property owners also require a security deposit, so as to be covered against any damage. When booking with Justvillas, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss to the property caused by you or members of your party, employees and visitors. Charges may only be made in the exceptional situation when the damages caused to the property exceed the amount held as a security deposit. Your security deposit shall be returned at the latest within 10 days of the end of the booking period, after deduction of the cost of any damage.

Cancellation

On the occasion there is need to cancel your booking after confirmation, Justvillas should be immediately informed by email at info@justvillas.gr. Cancellation fees may apply, as well as no show fees.

On the occasion that a change in a confirmed arrangement occurs, Justvillas should be immediately informed by email at info@justvillas.gr. If for any reason we are unable to provide you with the property booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better property. If, by any chance, this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund the amount paid.

Details about your stay

Occupancy of each property is determined by the owner and stated on the specific page provided to each villa on our website. Justvillas, as well as the owner, reserve the right to terminate your stay without prior notice on the occasion that the number of persons staying in the property exceeds the number agreed on the Booking Form. In this case, no refunds can be made.

All bookings are with reference to vacation purposes. On the occasion of an event, involving a large number of people at the property is planned, or you wish to use the premises for any other purpose except vacations, you should inform Justvillas prior to booking, as special approval or other arrangements may be necessary.

In circumstances where you have pets, that may accompany you on your vacations, prior notification is needed, as special approval is required.
