Entering the residence, guests will be greeted by ultra-sleek interiors, where the entrance floor is wholly dedicated to a relaxing massage room and a fully-equipped gym, with vast windows all around, so visitors can maintain the fitness regime with unobstructed, panoramic vistas. Moving on to the lower level, guests will be captivated by the spacious ultra-chic living area of beige tones with extensive glass window walls, providing mesmerising views of Psarou, Platys Gialos and Parga beaches. A fully-equipped, contemporary kitchen along with a large dining area for 20 guests offers a premium space for entertaining. A restaurant-style professional kitchen is also located on the lower level, ideal for the in-house private chefs as well as separate staff quarters for the live-in personnel. The upper level boasts 6 sumptuous double bedrooms and one uber stylish master bedroom, boasting impressive walk-in closets and seating areas. All bedrooms feature glass windows that beautifully frame the sensational scenery, while also giving direct access to the pool area. There is also one bedroom, featuring bunk beds for our little visitors. 

The outdoor area of the villa is truly empyrean. Instagrammable spots with a breathtaking backdrop will leave guests admiring with astonishment. Two large infinity pools with floating sun loungers, one of which is a kids' pool, heated upon request, are located on different levels for maximum privacy. The extensive outdoor terraces offer a stunning setting for effortless outdoor living and lounging. A shaded dining and lounge areas and an al-fresco kitchen and BBQ create the perfect ambiance to savour local delicacies prepared by top private chefs, with the freshest ingredients from the villa's very own organic vegetable garden and mini-farm. When night falls, guests will treasure moments of leisure under the star-lit sky in the exclusive open-air cinema equipped with top sound systems.
